Beginner Classes
Our beginner program focuses on foundational skills, including stance training, warmups, and an introduction to the Wu family 12 and 108 posture sectional forms. These “hand forms” are slow-motion routines and represent the best-known example of Tai Chi Chuan training. The 12 posture introductory form highlights the unique features of the Wu family style, while the 108 posture form offers a more detailed study with greater health benefits.
